My Vibe Beats “Beat Lease” Terms and Conditions

This agreement between My Vibe Beats (MVB) and the beat lease purchaser (“the lessee”) is a legally binding contract and agreement which is as follows:

My Vibe Beats will be known as and referred to “MVB’s” or “MBV” and the beat lease purchaser will be known as “the lessee” for the purpose of this agreement, stated herein, as the Terms and Conditions.

 

All beat leases are the sole copyrighted intellectual property of MVB’s and are being leased to the “lessee” for their personal use, and as such, must stay in its original form, meaning the beats cannot be spliced, reengineered, chopped, enjoined to or changed from its original beat form, nor can it be resold to another party or person in whole or in part, of any of the sounds therein. MVB’s beat leases must not be used for profit in any case. 

 

MVB's held harmless clause ~

 

My Vibe Beats is held harmless in all cases including but not limited to, your download experience, your PC performance and or functionality after downloads, the safety or loss of any data, download speeds, PC crashes or any other issues, regarding MVB beat lease downloads. Beats are "as is" and reworks are only considered with "exclusive beat" contracts. If interested in "exclusive beats", contact myvibebeats@gmail.com.
